- Reverse Mortgages: Information/counseling about reverse
mortgages
- Cash income from the equity in your home (62+ only).
- The loan is not paid back until you move out. (No monthly
payments!) - Backed by HUD, this loan is very safe, but it is not right for
everyone. HOPE’s counseling, with no up-front costs,will
help you decide.
- Adults 60+: Counseling/Case management for older adults aged
60+. *
