HOPE provides free, in-home counseling and case management to adults 60
and over in the St. Louis area. Our case management typically relates to
housing, finances, and many other issues. If you are an older adult and need

Caregiver Counseling
If you are a caregiver who lives in St. Louis City or are caring for a senior who
lives in St. Louis City, our free support service may be able to help.
This free counseling can help you in many ways:
We can offer this service to caregivers who are friends or family members – to
anyone who is helping a senior citizen.

- Information about coping with memory loss, depression, and other health
issues symptoms. - Information about nursing homes and how to avoid needing to use nursing
homes. - A supportive listener who understands the stresses you are under.
- Help you create and carry out a plan to improve your own situation, or that
of the senior you are caring for.
We can offer this service to caregivers who are friends or family members – to
anyone who is helping a senior citizen.
